About Janshakti Janata Dal
Janshakti Janata Dal is a newly formed political party founded by Tej Pratap Yadav in September 2025. Tej Pratap Yadav, elder son of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, established this party after his expulsion from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). The party has been registered with the Election Commission of India and has chosen the blackboard as its official symbol.
As the National President of Janshakti Janata Dal, Tej Pratap Yadav aims to provide a new political platform that represents the aspirations of the people of Bihar. The party is gearing up to contest in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections scheduled for 2025.
