Kerala Panchayat Election 2025 will be held in two phases.

First Phase

Date: December 9, 2025 (Tuesday)

Districts: Seven southern districts: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, and Ernakulam.

Second Phase

Date: December 11, 2025 (Thursday)

Districts: Seven northern districts: Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod

Polling Details

Polling Time: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Counting Date: December 13, 2025 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM

Model Code of Conduct

The Model Code of Conduct came into effect on November 11, 2025, requiring police permission for campaign vehicles, public meetings, and demonstrations. Loudspeaker use is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and all advertisements and publicity must end 48 hours before polling.
